"I found that a lot of the clothes here are comfortable if not particularly well suited for fighting." But then the same could be said for some of the robes she had on very early in their travels, comfortable and stylish, sure, but they had almost no armour. After getting stabbed in the shoulder twice she'd finally relented into getting more robust mage clothing.
There were little opportunities for someone to stab them here, though. Or at least, so she had found. It didn't mean that she dropped the low-level barrier she had around herself at all times though.
"We could... go together, if you wanted?" she suggested, seeing the knotting of Cassandra's fingers and knowing that move was synonymous with her trying to ask for help but not knowing how. Sometimes, Athera had learned, it was easier to offer than to wait for Cassandra to ask. It made everyone feel better.
