"Arioch," Eric said flatly, his feet rushing in front of Ari's pace so he could turn around and face his brother as the walked. "Ari," his tone was softer, a hand moving to touch his brother's firm chest.
"I've lived for years, guarded by your ghost that never existed. You have to know that I'm haunted by you, even now. You leave me choked, goddamn you." His fist beat lightly against Arioch's chest. "But there is time for that, later. I will not -!"
Eric was cut off as he felt the need to turn around, his feet moving to be beside his brother. The hair had grown back on his head - white/blond hair flowing away from his face. With his back straight and his chest puffed out, people gasped as he was recognized. For his own strength, Eric let his nails slide against Arioch's palm, but he didn't let them settle.
