He had left Breeze back at his suite, letting her go through her clothing as only a woman, but a very pleased woman should, a smile on his lips as he had left her be, placing a soft kiss to her cheek, and telling her to 'Have fun until she was exhausted.', as he had a job to do, a visit to Al-Adil in the Bellagio Gardens. The last time he spoke with the man whom had bought henna from him, Al-Adil had insulted his sire, Gabriel's shadows doing everything in their power to keep their master calmed, and not threaten to kill the man. Such nerve! Though, a job was a job, and if it weren't for his business, he would have refused.
Scowling as he walked inside Parle Moi, gathering his equipment, he rolled up his sleeves and made his way to the Bellagio. Upon stepping into the entrance, he cringed, looking at the appearance of the foliage in the gardens. Once, they were grand, he had looked up pictures of the gardens from older books downstairs and at the old desk, where there used to be patrons checking people in. No, there were none, other than Breeze and Gabriel that inhabited Paris Hotel. Anyone who had to come and ask for lodging, would have to see him.
Taking a deep breath, he set down his equipment and began working on the first row of foliage, snipping off the old and withered pieces, and drew out a sharp knife, one he kept on his person at all times...for this purpose. Making certain no one was around to observe his secret, he sliced open his fingertip, placing drops of his blood at the roots of each and every brush that was left, and each one began a bloom, the color bursting to it's fruition. Licking his fingertip, he began with the next row, but felt someone behind him, in which he was certain was Al-Adil. Taking a deep unneeded breath, he stood up as he began snipping more dead foliage and whispered. "I am working, as promised." Gabriel had meant to do his job, and keep the insult to his sire clear from his mind.
