Sano stood there, quiet as per usual and when the Primus came to him and cupped his chin he waited until he was done speaking. He then answered, "I was going to speak to Thorne about working with the Peace Keepers tomorrow, Primus." He made no comment about Akihiko being shiftless. Why? He did want to live to see another day, somewhat.
"Hopefully it is only a matter of time before I have employment." He held Lucian's gaze, giving the elder vampire a soft smile before he was let go. He did not like idle hands, and always felt the need to be doing something.
Granted, Sano had not held employment in quite some time, but that didn't mean that his hands had not been full. The first few years he had done his best to just survive with his master, and after that it was taking care of Percelle. He glanced over at her, watching the Primus as they interacted. He had to wonder what caused such a fierce look to cross the elder vampire's features.
It was none of his concern, though and probably best to not dwell on it. He canted his head to the side, only a degree, as Lucian began talking to Akihiko. His dark eyes slid to his sire, watching the blissful look on the others features.
His mouth dropped at the words the Primus spoke. No. Fucking. Way! He thought to himself, watching Akihiko carefully. Amusement danced in his dark eyes at the very thought of Akihiko working under Gabriel. Oh, but the torture that he'd have to endure because Sano would be most likely the one that Akihiko would take his frustrations out on. He took in a small breath, and then let it out slowly. This ought to be fun.
