While waiting at the entrance, he was wondering if perhaps his feelings were wrong. Though, hearing the hooves clattering just outside, a soft smile slipped over his lips. Closing his eyes partially, he waited until the guest arrived inside. Theo was not one to judge on appearances alone, so he kept his vigil to himself, looking over the newcomer as he approached, those long lashed eyes opening as he scanned over the other from his feet to his facial features. Very strong confidence exuded from him, and this made the appearance all the better.
As he was approached, and the male's head tilted forward in greeting, Theo did the same, but a slight bit deeper. That voice was quite charming, and slightly delicate to his ears, and he had felt a light pang for his dear friend as this Gabriel spoke about Maiha. Theodore simply raised his head and clasped his fingers over each other before him before speaking in a very soothing and quiet voice. "I am afraid Maiha is indisposed at the moment. It is indeed a pleasure to have your acquaintance, sir. The games you say? I still have not ventured out towards the arena, so I believe a visit on my behalf is called for."
Theo shifted his slight form to the side, outstretching his hand towards the rooms of the tea house, lowering his gaze. "Might I interest you in a special blend of tea, made by the hands of another vampire in this very city? I assure you it is quite exquisite." He could indeed tell this other was much older than he, and with the exuberant confidence, it surely couldn't have come from age. This struck his curiosity.
"A possible conversation, Mr. Spitz? There is much to offer here, all you need to do is ask." Of course he would offer most anything, as his own boredom had gotten the best of him.
