Who: Mabelle and Michel What: Delivery When: Michel's birthday (13 November), about a week after their previous run-in. Where: Michel's apartment
The written directions that Mobius had given her were straight forward enough, and there was no way Mabelle could have messed following them up. So she wasn't sure why she was so hesitant to knock on the door of the address she had been provided. Fear wasn't quite what she felt toward Michel, because even after claiming otherwise, so far he'd been more bark than bite. The man was dangerously intriguing, but she knew enough to recognize that her presence wasn't appreciated by him, and thus keeping her distance was more out of regard toward him than out of self preservation. But when Mobius had requested she take a package to Michel, and she didn't bother asking what it was, she wasn't going to say no.
Finally she knocked as hard as she could manage to get the attention of whoever was inside, wanting to get this over with. It was getting dark within the next hour, and the directions were only for the way there, not the way back. Navigating even familiar places at night could be confusing, even if it was as simple as going back the same way she came. Clutching the package close to her chest, Mabelle waited for an answer.
