Theodore frowned as he completed the final report. He hated doing the buggery things. They were usually so tedious, and Theodore had had enough of useless paperwork. He wasn't entirely sure why they were necessary, other than to provide him with countless headaches. Then again, Theodore was hardly the sort to enjoy any sort of paperwork, preferring to do the actual fieldwork more than anything else. It seemed, however, the more responsibility one attained, the less fun one got to have. It was such a damn shame. Picking up his wand, Theodore pocketed his coins and headed out of his office. Heading out of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and toward the main elevators, Theodore contemplated what he was to do this afternoon. He contemplated getting something for Pansy, though was entirely uncertain if she'd actually appreciate a visit.
Once he was out on the Diagon side, Theodore headed further into the Alley. He'd contemplated heading toward Knockturn, perhaps getting himself a drink, or just stopping into the flat for a few minutes, but decided against it for the moment. Some of the company in that area could be annoying and he wasn't entirely in the right mood. Instead, he decided to head for his favourite cafe. Settling at one of the outside tabled, Theodore ordered himself a tea. He then sat back in his chair and waited for the drink to arrive as he watched the Diagon shoppers pass him by.
