	If you're not strict about the definition of family, yes. Mutants tend to consider ourselves related even when we're from entirely different countries or continents. We look out for each other. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

It seems like they don't exist more places than they do. We were all born with a mutation on a particular gene that expresses with unusual powers or abilities, usually around puberty. Some are more obvious than others and some can be extremely dangerous, especially without a great deal of training in self-control, so there's been a lot of discrimination against mutants by humans. We've established our own nation now in the hopes it will ieep everyone safer.
