I don't know if I'd say witchcraft, exactly. They do seemed based in some kind of magic, though, so I guess it depends on your definition.

It does, particularly given the nature of this place. I still find it difficult to see past my own experiences, certainly sorely lacking as I never did believe in witchcraft itself, but nonetheless accepted the rulings as unfortunately just.
