Hence the pies. It's easier for me to be up and doing something when I can't sleep than just laying in bed and spiraling.
[Cal] um. So. A therapist is someone who is trained to listen, basically, and help with whatever is going on in your head. They can prescribe medication for sleep or other mental chemical imbalances.
I have one back home that I've seen weekly since I was nine. I'm looking for one here because I can't not sleep.
I don't, obviously, know what's causing you not to sleep, but I'm a supporter of talking to someone who isn't emotionally involved and is trained to help.
