Homeopathic remedies aren't really my area of expertise but I do know that magnesium, omega-3, vitamin d, and b-12 should help you. They're all supplements that you can take but if you want, I can research some foods for you that you could eat. If you don't want to take anything then try medication, natural sunlight, and exercise. Personally, I've found that therapy has helped me in the past but I know that's not for everyone.
