That's great, Freddy. I know it takes a lot of courage to say something like this. I'm proud of you.
Before I started dating Betty, I identified as Aromantic, maybe even Asexual, but it's not an absolute thing. Sometimes it doesn't matter what label you identify with, your heart can defy it. Betty's my exception. Maybe she's the only exception, and I hope she is. All I know is I have never felt for anyone what I feel for her. But I'm also just 17 and I've got a whole lot of living left to do, and if Betty's by my side for the rest of my life I won't complain, but I feel like if she's not then probably no one will be. I can't imagine feeling this way about anyone else.
If you like boys, that doesn't mean there won't be a girl that you like sometime, too. And that's okay. You don't have to fit into some silly mold. You just be you, listen to your heart, and it doesn't matter who you love.
If anyone gives you crap, especially at school, but anywhere ever, you can come to me. I got your back.
