Not a really bad idea, but if you're stronger, faster, more agile than a regular person... you'd be way more advantaged and it might be a tiny bit unfair.

That's usually what the training is for. Quick feet.

I mean if you can focus on not annihilating people and you enjoy it, have a try. You'll just need to be more careful than anyone else about tackles.

Probably not, which is why I'm kind of uncomfortable with telling that coach 'yeah I will join your football team'.

How long do these people want us to stay in for every day anyway?
