I think the little beagle is angry I don't understand what he's saying. But to be fair, even I've seen Charlie Brown, no one really understands what any of them are saying. Including the adults.

He's cute, though, even though I think the cat is petrified of him.

I'm pretty sure that's how I used to interpret what most adults said to me when I was their age. The cartoon kids.

It drives me crazy that the kids understand them but the audience doesn't. Where's the logic??
