Tomorrow is the 5th of November so you guys know what time it is! (Or if you are new and/or American and/or from another time/planet/era you may not)

Bonfire Night!! I've got some pull with fireworks these days, we can have it in the park like last time, I'll get those big sandwich things and some crisps and it's BYOB (if you drink illegally don't let me see you, etc)

The only times I've ever missed Bonfire Night, I've been off planet. I don't intend to start now.

I feel like you'll enjoy this one. This guy tried to overthrow the government with explosions. He kinda blew it. So now we celebrate every year with a big Bonfire and fireworks because, explosions. That's the minimized version but you get the idea.

This guy named Guy attempted to overthrow the English government. He failed spectacularly. But now we celebrate with bonfires and beers and fireworks.
