A foolish girl who hopes too much, and from what I understand? A habitual martyr. I'm sure her pleading offer will surprise no one.

If the boy had been harmed, you would have been privy to just how creative my methods are. As it stands? I am perfectly content to sit back and watch the Witcher track you down. He lacks my finesse, but it is still a marvelous show. Shame. Under different circumstances? We might have had one of those pesky connections.

Mind your arrogance, Angelus. It will be your downfall.

	Careful. The more you butter her up to me, the more appetizing she becomes. Crushing that spirit gets me all tingly. If you wanted me to put on a show for all, all you had to do was ask. The kid was just the prelude. Anytime you find yourself growing bored of the puppy's grunts, we can put on a show of our own. But it makes the fall so much more fun. 	The wish he made long ago to bind his life to mine certainly doesn't help with the thrum. But there is an idea, I was considering some remodeling. Well, he's always seemed impulsively idiotic. Very much a 'react to everything, and why would I think about it?' type. At least he's appealing to look at. I'll recommend not a load bearing wall. It's tedious getting dust out of your hair.

Or your irritation with your wolf's emotions with outweigh the amusement. I wouldn't say no. It could help to weave another type of magic into the foundations.
