Freddy adored flying. He had his powers for a few years, but the thrill never got old. Wind in his hair. Cape flying. Free from his cane. Freddy felt completely himself when up in the sky. Perhaps that was how he didn’t realize his world changed. The scenery, clearly, remained the same. Sky was sky. However, he closed his eyes in one place and ended up…

“Whoaaaa! Sorry, other flying person!” Freddy barely halted in time to avoid another figure.

While he wasn’t entirely happy with his relocation, Clark had decided to make the most of it. From the sounds of things, people in this world knew he had abilities and didn’t mind at all. So he decided to take a chance and go for a fly. Flying was definitely his favorite ability, and unfortunately one he couldn’t use too often in Smallville. Sonic booms with no air force base nearby dre too much attention. He didn’t expect to have his air space invaded, especially not by someone in a bright blue suit and dazzling white cape.

“Oh, hey, yeah. Guess we know why planes have radar now.” Clark hovered in mid air, head tilted quizzically at the other’s sudden appearance.

"Oh my God." Freddy gaped at his life-long hero. Billy brought another version of Superman to school once, but that had been years ago. Freddy had been the disabled kid sitting at the lunch table, but now? He was a bonafide hero zooming in the sky. He was meeting Superman as a superhero and it was a dream come true. "You are...well, you know who you are! I'm Freddy! Oh, hell, how did I...where am I ? Oh my god, it is you." He babbled and sort of bowed his head in reverence.

A smile spread across the Kryptonian's face at the reaction from the other airborne guy. Evidently he recognised him, another weird thing to grow accustomed to in this place. He wasn't in his uniform, but he supposed he had a memorable face. "I'm Clark, or Kal," he extended his hand to shake. "Hi, Freddy." The babbling made him chuckle slightly, but he quickly sobered when he realised that Freddy must have only just arrived. "You’re in a place called Goodland. Its an alternate Earth."

	Freddy gripped Clark's hand. "I'm shaking your hand. Oh my God. Thank you, sir." He shook a little too vigorously. "Sorry, sorry!" He floated in the air near Clark and withdrew his hand. "A Jubilant Entity is behind all this apparently. I haven't seen any supervillains yet, but I'm keeping a look out." Giving Freddy a cheeky look, he nodded, "sure, if you can keep up!"
