Markus gave her cheek a soft stroke and smiled, "then you'd better stay right where you are because I want to experience them all with you," he told her shyly. This world had so very much promise, but when he thought about exploring it all he knew he wanted Morgan with him for all of it. "I don't think I'd be much good at writing," he said with a chuckle, though maybe he might try, just to tell their strange and magical tale. "I'm much better at teaching, but it sounds like a really good story, all the same. A true classic," he smiled happily.
"We'll make them all come true," Markus promised solemnly, as he slipped off the bike and gently lifted Morgan off after him. He slipped the clerk his credit card and curled his arm around Morgan's waist, pulling her tight to his side. "In my world, when robots feel like this, we share our memories," Markus said lifting her hand up alongside his and flattening his palm against hers. "I suppose it's a transfer of downloaded experiences," he explained, trying to use the right words. "With you I don't need to do that," he said lacing his fingers into Morgan's, "because it already feels like you see everything that matters." Markus met her eyes and smiled, "so, honestly, I've not felt this way either. Not with anyone other than you," he bent and kissed her softly. "Together we can do anything."
