Harry, not surprisingly, did not know what a pinky promise was so he just kind of stared before reaching out to grab her pinky with his fingers so he could give an awkward little shake.
"Maybe he will come back?" The young pirate didn't know how this place worked so he had no idea he was actually the person she was missing. He slowed down on his chip consumption speed and ate them one chip at a time. Manners were strongly back in place. Food on the Isle was an issue so people did what they could to survive. Things were rationed, stolen, fought over. So when Harry got about half way through the small bag he painstakingly rolled it closed. He could have kept eating, but the mindset of being careful with food was still strong with him. He glanced at Hope before moving to slide the bag of chips under the pile of pillows. He doubted she was going to steal the chips since they had an accord.
Harry sat back down and crossed his legs before propping his elbows on his knees, which meant he had no problem resting his chin in the palm of his hands. He gave Hope a very serious look before finally asking the question that was bothering his young mind. "Why are you being so nice to me? Just cus we have an accord doesn't mean you have to be nice."
