Tony had no intention of calling child services. He assumed Goodland had services since people besides Ostrich Villa residents lived there, but it felt like they were supposed to take care of their own so they did. Still, he felt like he was getting in over his head. The child clearly needed help, but he wasn't sure he was the right person. Oh, well, it wasn't like he was going to abandon her. He, instead, held up a hand and replied, "Promise. No phone calls. No services. We'll get you food and then I'll bring you back to a place called Ostrich's Villa. It is an apartment building where people who show up here live. You'll have a nice bedroom to yourself and I bet there is clothing too." The entity usually took care of such matters; he just hoped the same rules applied for de-aged residents. "The freezer is over there." He gestured to where food items like frozen waffles were kept. "Can I come with you? You can pick out which boxes you want."
