Hectic didn't describe Tony's day. He knew Goodland could dump pretty much anything on its residents at any time, but he didn't expect to log in to the network and find several close friends much younger than they were yesterday. He especially didn't see a newly aged Laura, James, and MJ coming. He'd come to love them as his own and felt like he lost them in one awful swoop.
It wasn't long before he learned his daughter, Morgan, was no longer a teenager. She, at least, still knew him so that was a relief. He'd spent time with her earlier prior to his conversation with Jamie and, finally, stepped out to find Liz after she agreed to meet him.
He was on his way to Liz when he noticed a young child near a grocery store. He did a double take; yes, the child was definitely without shoes and pants. He immediately grew concerned and followed the child inside.
He removed his jacket. "Hey, you," he said gently. He didn't crowd the...he realized the kid was female. "You must be cold." He held out his jacket and nodded encouragingly. "I have another at home."
