HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MJ!

M.J.'s birthday falls on a school day so Iron Fam/House of Stark are celebrating today! All those under 18 are invited as are family members and friends of M.J. Ask M.J's player if not sure of included characters. It is set on the roof in the early evening/later afternoon. There is a taco bar, cake, ice cream, decorations, and music.

	AUDREY drops by for a hot second since she and MJ have had, like, two conversations and also she's Peter's BFF so like friends-by-association and al that. She swipes a taco and leaves behind a copy of The Mammoth Book of Cover-Ups and Mindhunter, both neatly wrapped in the most obnoxious gift-wrap that Audrey could find. 	MJ was obviously there ;) She played it cool but was really touched and happy about the party and the gifts. It's probably the best (early) birthday she's had and Tony May have even gotten a hug. Maybe. Rose is there as a friend of Peter/the family/whatever and brought something that I am sure Peter helped her pick out. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Morgan wasn't really sure what to get MJ, but it's a birthday! Birthdays are important and must include gifts, so she gets her a gift card that can be used anywhere. She will offer Michelle a birthday hug (because she's a hugger, but knows not everyone is), and hangs out for the duration of the party partaking in many tacos and cake. Obviously Peter was there. He would have done whatever was needed to help with it from decorations to music to food set up. (He'll also help clean up.) He'd socialize with people and make sure MJ was enjoying herself. He got her a locket for the pieces of the broken one and a $20.00 gift card to an art supplies store (whatever one he might know she frequents, and, if she doesn't frequent one, than one that had good reviews and friendly staff).

And on her actual birthday, he'd give her a tin of homemade cookies.

I'm guessing Laura was probs invited since MJ went to hers like a week ago lol. She thinks MJ is super smart so she probably spent like an hour and a half wandering a bookstore looking for something cool and then gave up and got like a $50 gift voucher.

Sam sent a copy of Underwater Dreams on DVD and a t-shirt. If he was specifically invited he'd swing by for a little while and then disappeared again to work on Nebula's new arm.

Tony + MJ

It was an eventful day. Rhodey showing in Goodland. Michelle's party. Adopting a kitten. Tony only hoped it would continue being a good type of eventful when he presented MJ with the animal. Peter seemed sure when he discussed it with Tony in the lab that week, but Tony still felt nervous.

He needed to duck out of the party several times to make sure their new family member was safely tucked away in his and Pepper's room. They kept her toys, litter-box, and bed there too. However, she definitely did not enjoy being alone so he kept stealing moments to check in so she wouldn't meow her head off.

The party looked like it was wrapping up so he excused himself one last time before disappearing downstairs. "I hope you are right about this, kid," he muttered to himself as he carried the cat up to the roof. He didn't really want the cat and her things in his room forever.

"Michelle, sweetheart?" He called as he stepped on the roof.

MJ hadn't really had a lot of birthday parties. She'd been to parties for other kids and she could be kind of social when she wanted or needed to be. She'd acted kind of ambivalent when Peter had brought up the idea of a party for her first birthday and Goodland, just sort of casually agreeing to it, but truthfully, she was pretty touched that he and Tony and Pepper would want to throw one for her. She didn't have a lot of friends in Goodland, not as many as Peter, but she had a few and even if it had just been them and the people they lived with here, she would have loved this.

She just wasn't super great at candidly admitting that.

"Hey," she said, turning around to look at Tony before letting out a completely involuntarily squeal of delight when she saw the squirming bundle of fur in his arms.

	Busted. MJ didn't like to be so obvious about how she felt, but it was kind of late to dial it back now. She nodded, reaching out for the kitty. "What's her name?" she asked.
