Tony only had one real reason for caring about what happened to Goodland, which was why he needed to make sure Cisco and Sam weren't planning to destroy the place. Once he was satisfied they were willing to help the area, rather than destroy it, he shared the lab's location. Of course, being Tony, he did have some secret places to work by himself, but, mostly, he was glad to have help figuring out the inner workings of the town.
He thought Cisco seemed like a decent guy, but Tony was slow to trust most, especially coming from the reality he did, but he knew he needed help facing something he'd never seen before. If Banner or Strange were available, maybe he'd feel differently, but, for now, he was putting tentative trust into Cisco and Sam. He also, honestly, empathized with Cisco's hand situation; he knew what it felt like for your body to betray you, but he had someone help him and hoped he could offer Cisco some aid too. However, for the moment, Cisco seemed to most want to see the lab and work on the suit. If he wanted a distraction, Tony was happy to offer it since, really, Tony needed one too.
He arrived with two cups of coffee. "Cisco?" He guessed as he joined the young man in front of the lab. "We need to get your face recognition working for entry."
