Matt Murdock ([info]ninjaattorney) wrote in [info]somerealityrpg,
Matt might have been proud of Kate's disability accessible phone usage if he wasn't so worried about her. No, angry. He was angry. Okay, and worried. She knew better than to go out alone when there was killer anything on the loose, even if they were tiny robots that could be taken down with a bat.

He knew he should have suited up. But, well, here keeping his identity a secret wasn't a concern and they were just little robots and well, he was kind of in a hurry. He stood outside the Villa and listened. Back home he had a list of voices and footsteps he always listened for. It was a short list, but it did exist. Here it was even shorter, and at some point Kate Bishop's name had moved to the top.

She was definitely in trouble.

Now that, he should probably have been used to. But he was usually with her when it went upside down. And now, he wasn't. And so no, he didn't take the time to get the suit, he ran for it.

One robot was okay and easily manageable, unless they managed to sneak up on you. Two was annoying, three was a problem. Kate had way more than three around her. Even with his extra sensory abilities, he couldn't get a count on them. They seemed to be everywhere. And she was definitely injured.

"Dammit, Katherine, does the phrase 'teamwork' mean nothing to you?" Sure, he was scolding, but he was also throwing a robot to the ground in the process. It gave a satisfying little 'crunch' which he didn't even have time to savor because three more were coming at him with their annoying zappy little...eyes? Was it their eyes that zapped? He honestly couldn't tell.
