Incredibly weird with a side of what the hell?? was more like it, but if there was anyone Lissa was going to trust about what this place was, it was Rose. Even if it made her head spin. She knew it would be better if she didn't think too hard on how this was possible or what it mean for her being or not being at home where she belonged, but that was easier said than done.
"Wait, you're... what?" Lissa gave Rose an incredulous look after her talk of superheroes. Spider-man and Iron Man? Really? All she could do was just shake her head and laugh. "Of course you are," she said, letting out a sigh. "This is only going to get weirder before it levels out to any semblance of normalcy, isn't it?"
She didn't even need to hear Rose's answer because the answer was obviously yes. A resounding, absolute, wacky yes.
The conversation turned a bit, and she frowned. "At home? Um, well, we'd just graduated? You received your promise mark, we had the whole celebration, party thing, and we'd been living at Court for a little while." She paused and studied Rose a moment. "Why do you ask?"
