Things had been good lately. Thor felt badly of course, because people whom he cared about had suffered greatly, but the entity had granted favor on Thor. His brother had come after months of hoping, his mother and sister and daughter were there and happy. His brothers-in-arms were there and as were most of their families. Valkyrie was there and Darcy and the people that he had come to know only in the city. He was content, and it had been a long time since he had felt so.
He’d made his way from SI to meet Valkyrie in the park between the two buildings, dropping himself down ungracefully on the grace near her as he reached out for a sandwich to gnaw on. He couldn’t help the excited twinkle in his eye as she revealed she had uncovered some memories of her time as a Valkyrie. He loved stories about the Valkyries.
“Oh. I can help you make some if you’d like to work out that knowledge. Unless it is a secret only to the Valkyries.” He knew that there were some things that were not shared outside of the Organization, and even if Valkyrie was the only one left, he would respect her wishes to follow the Oath if she chose to. “Any more of your time before taking the Oath?”
