Hello! If you have not seen Dr. Sam Wilson's announcement please do so! To give a brief rundown, he and I are currently in works to start up a medical centre set up here at Ostrich's Villa!

A little about me, and I thought this would be best as my own post because I've only mentioned this in passing. If we haven't met yet, my name is Hannah Abbott. In my world I am a Healer, which is very similar to a Doctor, but we use potions and magic for healing. And yes, I am a witch. In my world our communities are kept separate, the muggles or non-magical folk don't even know we exist though there are a few exceptions.

The good news is that it seems I have everything I need to stock up on healing potions, balms, salves, etc. I may need some help getting started, so I may call on those from my world and I hope you did well in Potions class! I'll need to take this time to stock up on what I'll need. I have a few ideas such as a community garden, but that may wait until I'm a bit more settled in with the centre.

I'm looking forward to meeting all of you! Like Sam has said, if you have any special needs or requests, please let one of us know!

Given the circumstances, I say that's understandable. I'm doing well, still getting used to this place but I can't say I haven't enjoyed the new experience. I'm not as skeptical when I first arrived.

I think that's true. I like to think it's healthy to still be on your guard but in the meantime it doesn't do anyone any good to sit and wait.

I don't think skeptical and on your guard have to be the same thing, though some people might? It's definitely harder not to believe this is all real, but despite what Mr it might also have some real downsides, so caution's good. Curious caution. Yep.

I do have a wand, yes.

I believe so. Witches and wizards, we have our own community our own "world" I suppose. The non-magical folk just don't know we exist and we hide using magic. Not just witches and wizards though, we have centaurs, trolls, pixies, etc.

You see, back home, I'm something of a scientist/inventor, but I also own my family's company. I made my fiancee the CEO since she is much better with these things than I am, but, as you can see, I am used to being my own boss. That is not changing here. I'd like to have a lab here and start a technology company to cover up what I really need to---. We'd employ like-minded individuals naturally.

Do you think you could swing some words for me? I'll send you a nice bottle of wine.
