Tia had never known someone with magic before so he was pretty excited to see what Draco could do. She was also looking forward to showing off what she could do and not freaking him out. She'd had used her powers around her freaks before in the past and been labeled a freak. It was nice having Draco already know about everything beforehand because took so much pressure off of the situation for Tia. In fact, she openly showed one of her powers as soon as he got there by opening the door with her telekinesis from the kitchen where she stood getting a drink from the fridge. "Hi! Come on in" She said from where she stood as she waved. "Would you like something to drink?"

Draco loved magic and thought his family was special because they were "pure", meaning his family's magic went back generations. However, he was curious about Tia's type of magic. He couldn't believe she was a real alien! Draco was learning so many new things in Goodland, which left him questioning so much of what he learned back home. It was confusing for a kid.

"Was that ACCIO?" He asked Tia, mentioning the spell that opened doors in his world. He entered the flat and shut the door behind him.

"No, that was just my brain" She replied with a shake of her head and a smile. Winky, being the curious cat she was, jumped off the couch where she'd been laying and came over to check Draco out. 'Now Winky, this is my friend Draco. He is very nice so you be nice too' Tia told him telepathically, smiling when she rubbed up against the boy's legs, showing a sign that the black cat accepted him. "She likes you"

Draco froze. He wasn't used to being around animals. Lucius, Draco's father, said they were dirty and annoying. Yet, the cat didn't attack so Draco relaxed, especially after Tia mentioned the animal liked him. "Hi," he told the cat before looking back at Tia. "I need a wand to do magic." He pulled his out. "I just got it," he admitted. He knew some spells from home, but he was no full blown wizard; still, he didn't want to admit that to Tia, who obviously had amazing capabilities.

She saw him freeze and gave a gentle smile as she walked over towards him. "It's okay. She won't hurt you. She's very gentle. You can pet her if you want" She told him. Taking a sip of her drink, she put it on the coffee table then she picked the cat up and held her so she could be at hand level for Draco. Her eyes got wide like a child at Christmas when she saw his magic wand. "Wow. Is that really a real magic wand? I've never seen a real one before!"

	He hesitated, but finally reached over to stroke Winky. "She is soft," he said, finding he didn't mind the sensation. He nodded at her question regarding the wand. "I can make things float. Want to see?" However, he didn't bother waiting for a response. He, instead, stated the charm clearly and pointed his wand toward her cup, which rose ever so slightly. Tia nodded her head and let him pet her for a few more moments then she put the cat down and focused on the wand, really interested in it. Turning to stand beside him, she grinned when she saw it work and the cup raise off the table. "That is so neat! I can do it too. Watch" She closed her eyes and soon the Tv remote that was on the floor began raising up, floating until it was just above the coffee table then she set it on there with her mind.

	Opening her eyes again, she looked over at him and shook her head. "Me and Tony taught ourselves. He thinks I can do more than him cause I'm a girl. "One day it was like we just knew" She told him, nodding for him to follow her back towards her room. It was down the hall a little bit so they could talk as they walked, with Winky following them of course. She had to go where Tia went. She chose to leave her drink behind for now. "I was four and Tony was five when it started. First with us being able to move things after Tony got his harmonica then we discovered I can talk to him in his mind just like I can with animals. He can't talk back, though. Not yet. He has to talk back to me outloud"

"No" She told him with a shake of her head. "He can just hear me talk in his mind. I can't read his thoughts. I've only been able to do it with him but I know there a lot of people like me around here" She seemed very happy about that idea because it meant she wasn't a lot with what she can do. "Yes she can" She replied as she looked down at Winky. She reached down and gave the cat a scratch on the head then she stood up and walked into her room. The space was currently half decorated and half unpacked because she was still making it her own. It was a typical girl's bedroom, though. There was a stuffed animal corner, an art area, a desk, a few dolls scattered around, various cat toys on the floor, a closet, a dresser, and a perfectly made bed with a colorful pastel bedspread with a dream catcher above the bead.

	"I can't do it yet," he replied, "but some people in my world can read minds." He was obviously impressed by the thought. "I wouldn't want someone reading mine though." He frowned. "Sometimes I think private things, you know?" He looked around the room, which felt cheerful even with some unpacked boxes. "Fred and George asked me to live with them," he told her. "Mind reading isn't nice. I would never do it" She told him with a shake of her head as she moved to sit on her bed, smiling as Winky jumped up to join her. Reaching out, she began to pet her, moving over to give Draco room to sit on her bed as she listened to him. "They did? That's great!" She explained with a smile, happy for her friend. "You're going to get a new room too! Are you excited?"
