Despite many assurances that this is in fact not some sort of Pennywise trick I still can't help but feel like there's some sort of twisted joke in here somewhere.

Really glad you've never encountered It. Pennywise is- Well, he's an alien that took the form of a clown that uh, ate kids. And he was good at really screwing with your head with different scenarios.

Yeah, real piece of work. I mean I'm hoping he's dead considering the sacrifices that were made but call me paranoid I figure better safe than sorry.
