"No, just black." Richie nodded, eating some of the waffles. It'd been quite a few years since he could remember eating eggos, and mostly it all just seemed to taste of sugar, but he didn't mind it just then. "Yeah, uh, same. Thanks. For having me and stuff. And the food." he said, a little bit awkwardly, then sipped his coffee.
He ate another bite but didn't last much longer before speaking again. Richie didn't do well with quiet, even if it was companionable. "So uh, I got this letter thing when I woke up here, it says I have an apartment? How does that all work?"
