Empire City Network

So interesting night. Going out to grab supplies and getting jumped by what I'm guessing is a vampire kinda sucks. It's my fault for wandering off the grid, but then again, it could be important. We might not like the lights being out, but they do. They're supposed to disintegrate into dust, right? Because that's all I'm looking at here.
