Cas sighed as he wiped up the last of the flower and dropped the towel into the sink as he turned to lean against the counter. He couldn't imagine how frustrated she was, but he had an idea. His own current emotional frustration was taxing enough and he wasn't even certain how he could place that into words. "That is likely the case if she was even banned by the daedra, but as it is, I'm not certain we should be asking them anything without absolute necessity to do so. The matter with Zudeh will likely only continue to degrade if a way out of this reality is not found," he said darkly.
He was hesitant to speak about that particular matter since he knew that any daedra could strike him down with the right amount of effort and that Zudeh would kill him as soon as look at him were she given the order, but that was just the problem. She followed her orders and customs blindly and while Glorificus had not shown herself to be particularly cruel where the daedric people were concerned, the humans that were supposedly under the care of the daedra were evidently being used if it wasn't simply the insanity of the realm tampering with them to begin with.
He was also aware that he could be overthinking that particular situation and projecting, but he wished to believe he wasn't. It was difficult for him to tell, in all honesty.
"I'm no more certain what kind of magic this is, but there is always a catalyst. The question is over whether or not our wizarding community can arrive at a consensus for one. Given the ongoing hostility between Snape and the rest, I'm...not confident. Not that I was before, given the fact that I would prefer to avoid as much magic as possible."
