"I agree. I figure I'm one of the lucky ones who can survived most extremes thrown at me without it, but if there are any unexpected side effects of that crystal, I plan on handing it over to Dr. Banner to study whenever I see him. No harm in having someone give it a thorough look over, just in case." Kaidan always preferred caution to recklessness, even when the latter seemed to get more done. That was more Shepard's thing though. She was reckless, but intelligent about her gut choices and the ones she thought through. It was inspiring to serve with her, but now was no time and this wasn't the place to be reckless. Not just yet.
"I wouldn't mind at all, thanks for offering. I wouldn't mind the chance to finally meet Dr. Banner and get the chance to meet a few more occupants of the city," he said with a small smile. He'd wandered enough to wrap his head around the sudden teleportation. Both, in fact. The sudden teleportation here after everything that had happened to him, as well as the sudden teleportation from the middle of nowhere in the south to back where he started on his journey. Talking to some peopleā¦ yeah, it couldn't hurt.
The thought of learning how to drive something new, well, that had him chuckling as he considered it. "That'd be a hell of a thing. If we have the downtime though, you wouldn't hear me objecting." So far it seemed like they did, though the amount of snow and ice around did bring up some hesitations. It wasn't like any kind of fall would hurt him though. Not any more than he already was. But he was healing. Slowly, but surely.
