Jonathan looked up at Anna, still worried, but understanding she was trying to keep him calm. Obviously that was important right now, so he nodded and tried to ease himself a bit. Now wasn't the time to be panicking or freaking out. He could do that. So he nodded, drawing in a deep breath before saying, "Yeah, I hope so. Andrew's just better when he has someone else around, you know? He's not an alone kind of guy, but I'm sure he'll go to Buffy's and she'll help him."
Hopefully. It might be a rough meeting because they didn't know Andrew as well as they knew him, but it was worth hoping that they'd hear him out and keep him safe from whatever was haunting their dreams and whatever might come out of that Seal and what activity was happening around the Hellmouth. Jonathan just didn't like the thought of not being there to help... but maybe he could get back and no time will have passed! That'd be nice. That'd be good.
Except then Severus told him there was no going back and his eyes grew wide with worry again. No! No, he had to go back! He couldn't just stay here when everything he cared about was back in California, back home! This was obviously an alternate reality and physically going back wouldn't get him where he needed to go... he needed to get back by whatever supernatural means brought him here.
Before he could react or state as much, he made a different point and Anna was telling him to stay still and what was that? Bend his knees?
Brows furrowed just in time for her fingers to be placed on his forehead. In the blink of an eye they were all somewhere else, in an apartment where it was warm and he didn't feel like his fingers were going numb. And okay, he didn't bend his knees and he felt a little dizzy and it took him a moment to adjust. Yes, he physically swayed a bit as the equilibrium caught up with him.
Looking around, Jonathan laughed softly, the sound a mixture of both amazement, shock, and nervousness. "Wow... that's amazing!" Eyes falling on Anna, he couldn't help but add, voice filling with a bit of upset, "Guess it's not so easy to do that and send be back where I belong is it?"
But maybe here he could get some answers. A bit of explanation. Then he could start trying to figure all of this out. Hopefully.
