The local authorities might have had difficulties in pinpointing the location and arrival of Louis Oswald, but Tim was another animal altogether. And one bird that 'the Penguin' would certainly never want to meet by choice. Typically it would have been more to the nature of Red Robin to gather more intelligence before acting, but every once in a while he found an occasion where he would rather use his fist than a computer to obtain information. Especially when that occasion involved the death of his adopted father, and a man who owned the weapon that killed him. To say that Red Robin failed to pull his punch would have been a drastic understatement, as evidenced by how hard Oswald went down.
Before Red Robin said a single word, there was the sound of a click behind him. Oswald would likely recognize that the door was now locked, as the cowled vigilante approached in a manner and style reminiscent of the Dark Knight himself.
"The weapon that killed Bruce Wayne belonged to you, Oswald. Tell me how you might have lost it, and I will consider not delivering you directly into the clutches of the GCPD."
Tim knew that Oswald didn't do it. At least not directly. It had been a child that pulled the trigger according to Cassie, with a member of the Street Demonz present. What he really wanted to know then was who would have had the access to steal the weapon, if it was stolen at all, and more importantly, the identity of the child.
