I added a third menu to the Tickle Therapy (tcl/tk Insane Journal client) interface called "Insert", with menu items to insert:
- an LJ cut
- an IJ user
- an IJ asylum
- a hyperlink

Now I can go to bed feeling like I've done something useful.
