Okay, most importantly, you need to decide how long you want to stay. Imma and I will be in London from the 18th to the 28th. You mail/phone Curzon House and book a bed - they have dorm rooms, and standard rooms.
The tiny con begins the 22nd - we simply meet up and go for dinner and to get to know each other. I can book for you if you need it. In that case, you need to transfer the amount for the hotel to us before the 15th July because I have to pay the full amount when we get there the 18th. There are no other costs but the hotel and money for food. We will probably go out for dinner at least twice, but we're all poor, so nothing fancy. Just ordinary pub food.
If you want to stay longer and be touristy with us, we'll be happy to hold your hand try to find our way to museums and whatnot with us. London stopped being scary some time ago.
Secondly, you need to decide what you want to do for the meeting. We all have to plan some kind of activity - either a paper, a topic for a round table, anything Snupin-related goes.
If you want us to meet you somewhere, Kings Cross or Waterloo, to get you safe and sound to the hostel we are at your service. :D
Also, I'll say this again: the hostel is a dump, but we like it. Just don't expect more than a decent bed and toilets getting cleaned on a daily basis. ;0)
