Who: Nora and Cassius
Where: His place in Tinworth
When: Sunday, December 3rd. Mid afternoon
What: Venting and asking a favor
Rating: Low?
Nora had been... tired. Tired, emotional, and overworked, and none of those things were particularly positive for a woman who had historically been unable to get pregnant. And even more so, a woman who had never been able to carry to term when she did happen to get pregnant, whether through natural instances, or through some sort of calamity. But she was doing her best, even with the Prophet itself being down several writers when several of them migrated to Tinworth. Well no, that was a lie, she wasn't doing her best. Yes, she was incredibly happy with Alec, more than she had ever been in her entire life, but there were things that came along with being with him that... well, she couldn't exactly be super stoked about.
She missed her best friend because of it. She missed him more than she could verbalize. And even though going to the 'other side' could get her in all kinds of trouble, Nora knew it would be safer for her to go there, then Cassius to come to Diagon Alley. And whether he could take care of himself or not, Nora wasn't about to put him in the situation of getting captured, or spotted. Because she knew as long as she didn't cause a fuss in Tinworth, she would be fine.
Donning something comfortable, Nora did the absolute best she could to hide the tiny little bump that was beginning to show itself. Thankfully though, she was still fully capable of making it disappear as she made her way to Cassius' place.
Wrapping her leather coat a bit tighter around herself, she got through the checkpoint and was at his front door before she was completely frozen. The weather wasn't too bad, but it certainly wasn't summer anymore either.
"Oi, don't leave me out here to freeze, Cass!" she yelled at the door, banging loudly, and perhaps a bit dramatically.
