Daphne & Cassius & Pansy
Pansy not only saw that look on Cassius's face- she recognized it for what it was. The flash in her eyes was subtle, but there. She didn't bother hiding it in any way- not from him, and not from Daphne.
It was a party after all, and she fully intended to enjoy herself, once all the work was finally finished.
"Having the time of my life-" she answered Cass, then to them both. "You two look a lot like a pair of cats batting a canary back and forth," she said once Daphne had given her a kiss and she'd lightly scraped Cass's knuckle with her nail when he so formally greeted her. In her voice was a distinct sort of compliment, but also sharp interest- she'd caught a few distorted words of their conversation before approaching, but not the whole thing. Just enough to make her grin.
