Who: Narcissa Malfoy and Remus Lupin What: Panic and meeting. Where: Susan’s house. When: Around 1 am, Monday morning. After the blood.
Narcissa had only had seen her son hours before his bloody handprint hit the journals. There had been an awkward reunion for the two of them, where Narcissa saw her son for the first time in two years. It had been hard to tear herself away from him then. To say goodbye to him, but it was necessary, at least for a short while. She knew that visits with him would be a regular part of her life now, since Lucius was out of the picture.
She’d been having trouble sleeping since leaving the manor. It wasn’t that the room Andromeda had prepared for her was uncomfortable, but it wasn’t home, not yet anyway. It was in a bout of fitful sleeping that she’d decided to check the journals, just after midnight, to be confronted with the blood of her son. She was terrified about what that meant, and the moment that Cissa had been given an address to go to, she was on her way.
She’d stopped to dress herself properly, and grabbed every manner of healing potion she could get her hands on in Andromeda’s house, and briefly wondered if there was an apothecary that she could muster in a state of emergency like this. She bit her lip, that would give people too much information, she’d have to make due with what she had.
With a pop, she exited her sister’s home and found herself in front of an unfamiliar house. With a knock, she was quietly ushered in by a nervous looking man, one she recognized as Arthur Weasley. They’d exchanged pleasantries, before he shuffled off, giving her room to enter. She moved towards the table, to put her bag of potions down, slightly startled to see Remus Lupin sitting there. She suddenly didn’t know what to do.
“Good Evening.” She said stiffly, her etiquette training coming into play. She spied to bottle in front of him, and raised her eyebrows but said nothing. She couldn’t wait until her son came back, anxious of what might be happening to him, and if she’d even get to see him again.
