Who: George and Ivy (and probably Fred later? Who knows) What: George has ideas and is feel better Where: Fred/Ivy’s flat When: Early July 31st Rating: Low.
George hadn’t immediately woken up and thought of Harry, having not even realized that it was already the 31st until someone in the clinic mentioned it, but there was always a bit of pain when he thought of Harry. Harry the almost-brother who’d given him and Fred all they’d needed to open up their shop, which was almost more important than the fact Harry had lead them towards defeating Voldemort (cause look at all the good that did). George was already coming up with little plans for the day, but no one was around. Penny and Fred were both off, Luna and Rolf were tending to other people. He needed someone to bounce his ideas off of.
Kicking aside his blankets, he rolled off the cot. His movement wasn’t quite as normal as it once was, there was still soreness and stiffness of gnarled muscles within him, but it wasn’t as bad as it once was. With a quick check around him to make sure he had everything he need, and quite pleased that he’d been able to shower and put on fresh clothes this morning (it had been very difficult beforehand), he apparated to Freds.
He didn’t bother with knocking, or really even announcing his arrival in any real form, instead just pushing the door open with a large grin.
“Freddie, I’ve got this idea,” He started the moment the door started to open. “We need to do something for Harry’s birthday, we need to like, drop cakes on Diagon. I was thinking that we could shoot off some fireworks or something but with recent events, I’m going to say thats probably a no.” He closed the door behind him, and spotted only one person immediately in sight, the girl he vaguely remembered standing next to him as he fought for consciousness.
He pushed the thought out of his head, “Ivy, right?”
