Bill had been worried. It felt like Hestia had shifted away from him since the moon, really since the talk about him not moving in. At first Bill had thought he'd imagined it, but she'd grown more distant. It was something they could work through it, he knew it, even if he wasn't sure that it was. It made him more conscious around what he'd said and done since then. He was extra affectionate, he made sure to try and keep the children from bothering Hestia (with varying success). He'd tried to be a more present but he was worried.
When he joined her in the garden, he wrapped his arms around her, kissing her back gently as they stood there. It had been nice, just the two of them for the last couple of hours. "I love you so much, Hestia." He said gently, moving to look her in the eye. "Is-- Is everything okay?"
