"It certainly is," Iris said, leading them through to the sitting room. "I do hate you being on that side of the barrier with the majority of them. One of these days we'll have to fix that."
Entering the sitting room, she gestured to the tea service and took a seat on one side of the small table. "We're all doing lovely," she answered. "And the children are wonderful. Julian is working with his father, and we're narrowing down his options for a marriage."
