I am not a fan of non-con in any format, but with your name in the title block I gave it a go.
And I am glad I did.
While the premise is wholly rape, I didn't find this to be as dark a tale as expected. You saved it from being so by writing them both as having been raped in that one, abhorrent act. Thereafter, the whole emerged as a regretful yet passionate and evocative event that was ultimately mitigated by having been shared. I truly appreciate how exceptionally well-written this was. So much so that I found myself entranced by the imagery invoked - almost petrified by how events strained against every line.
Although I will always hold the subject in aversion, I am thankful for having read this one.
