There are just so many little gems in this story, and it all fits together so well. I liked the idea of Snape messing with Harry in class with that spell, Harry and Hermione figuring out the counterplan - that Severus attributed to Harry, with the compliment of his being 'much more Slytherin than he's given him credit for' - Ha! It was Hermione's idea! I've always thought that both Harry and she would have fit well in Slytherin, had it not been for the whole DE thing... I like how his mum was so supportive, and that Snape himself had no problem accepting Harry's advances - having been the one who subtly got them started! Yes, Severus is utterly Slytherin in all his ways, decides he wants Harry, and goes about getting it in a way that makes Harry think it was his own idea! The ending is brill also - much better things to wish for, yes! And, one had to wonder if he had anything to do with his father's 'departure'. The only thing I would have hoped for, was that it would be continued!!
