There are so many little things that make this story wonderful. The explanation of galmours was interesting, and I think you nailed Harry's reactions to his classmate's envy, awe and fear perfectly. The tradition of picking a side or giving your allegience to someone when you come of age is a clever idea. I really liked the different gifts and their meanings, and how each one matched who gave it. The relationship between Harry and Severus was beautiful and I love the D/s. I'm glad Harry has someone who can give him what he needs. I think my favorite part was Harry's thoughts about how the light bondage on his wrists was a comfort, reminding him that he could relax, he didn't have to be in control, rather than a restraint, keeping him from something. That's not something most people pick up on in a D/s relationship, so I love that you included that.
