The Snidget

Let me just start with this disclaimer: words just won't do justice to this brilliant and brilliantly illustrated fic.
The first part was so filled with horror. Voldemort's hybridization was so very gruesome, and Snape becoming a human sheath was possibly the most disturbing thing I have read in years. Shudder-inducing.
And as horrifying (albeit supremely well done!) as the first part was, the next part had in equal measure sweetness, cheek and humour -- all coming from the arrival of Featherbrain and his subsequent interplay with Severus.
The explanation of how Harry came to be a snidget was unsurpassingly clever.
The way you wrote Harry's confusion was just wonderfully done and quite moving.
And I loved Harry's description of how nectar tastes: "Sunny."
So now I have a new love: snidget!Harry. :)
The illustrations were divine.
The textbook page was a favorite, I think it would be nice to have it framed on my wall. The aged pages and the binding -- all very realistic. *wants to read that whole book*
And nice nods to Quidditch Through The Ages and Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them.
I found the art wholly refreshing in its uniqueness. And, dare I say... Sunny!
