I loved the snidget so much – living hope and joy and comfort. (I remember that acid6urn painting of Animagus Harry in snidget form, too.) The story-telling is wonderful, melding horror and isolation and heroism and high comedy. Your Harry and your Snape are both so convincing, so solid. Forgive me if I love your Snape best of all! Thank you both for so much warmth amid the ruins, and all the riffs on canon, like Gryffindor's sword from Neville's hands to Snape's, to Voldemort's, to its horrific sheath, ready for Harry's hand to destroy the monster at last.
