I think I enjoyed Harry’s fumbling and fidgeting when he first started to visit Severus’ shop as much as Severus did. Throughout the story, my sympathies lay firmly with Severus, mainly because of the house arrest and the forced labour he was subjected to by the Ministry. But also because of the often infuriatingly dim-witted nattering about his ”problem”, Ginny, and the children Harry subjected him to. Honestly, your Severus was a very patient man, despite his acerbic tongue (which I loved).
