	Great story! I love how Harry's so slow to come to terms with the fact that he's gay and I love how he ended up in a more permanent relationship with Severus in the end. The ending was funny and sweet. :) (Reply to this) (Thread)

Beautifully addressed. You had me all weepy at "Some do." Such validation and relief for Harry. I loved the passage during his first bondage. I could just imagine the deadened sound and fuzzy reality. What a great description. I don't think I've read such detailed coverage of the post-scenario symptoms of shock. The TLC Harry ached for was so lovingly given. Really lovely fic.

EEEEE!!! Absolutely wonderful! I could kiss you for this! You know that, don't you? I adore a well written BDSM fic, and darling, you nailed it! There are never enough stories written from the submissive's POV that aren't 'poor pitiful me doormat' fics. Harry coming into his own, the self realization of both his sexuality and his desire for a more alternate lifestyle was beautifully handled. Subspace, ftw!! *smooches*

It was also wonderful to see the care and tenderness from Severus as the Dom in the relationship. In fact, the entire circle of the relationship between Harry and Severus was fantastic. All the details were handled seriously, tastefully and delicately when all too often they are completely left out of fics.

	I just loved the way Severus treats those he cares for, he's so understanding with Harry, always knowing what he needs. And I loved that Harry is his own person, free and still soooo gryffindor. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Very interesting take on their relationship, I love fics where they gradually come to understand one another on a deep level. I liked the interactions with the Dursleys too, I always felt a bit sorry for Dudley and thought he'd be better away from his idiot father. I love the idea of Dudley taking Harry to the club! 	You already know that I found your story absolutely fascinating (in spite of gender bending and BDSM not normally being my reading of choice!) - the in-depth exploration of Harry's feelings and the development of their relationship was beautifully done. 	Magnificent work. I really love how you've written Harry, and Snape as well. I love how understanding, patient, and caring Severus is with him. I also rather like how Dudley and Aunt Petunia were a bit nicer to Harry when he returned to them for that last summer. You had me at the way you offed Voldemort. *giggles* I don't think I've seen THAT before.
This was very well thought out, and I like that it was from Harry's POV. His gradual realization of what he wanted and who he wanted it with was well done. Snape was so very tender once he accepted Harry (happy sigh* such a nice detail! I do love stories where they end up content. :)

	This was a great exploration story, with the focus really on Harry and what he wants and needs. I really enjoyed the bits with the Dursleys (well, except for the Vernon-as-a-sexual-being, there are some things that never fail to squick me) and seeing Harry interact with them as an adult. 	I loved Harry's voice throughout this, it was so direct and honest and just sucked me into the story. And his gradual realizations and greater comfort with himself kept me enthralled. 	God, this is JUST AS INCREDIBLE the second time around. There are so precious few D/s fics that capture the essence of it that when one comes along, it just knocks the breath out of me. I love this fic, and I have to admit, I broke down with Harry again. That scene just slaughters me, in a beautiful, life-affirming way. So very well done, sweetheart. Bravo to you! 	Oh, it's wonderful! I love the first person narration - reading Harry's thoughts is very enlightening. I like that you took care of Voldemort at the beginning so we could focus on the transformation of Harry into Ariel. I also liked how you handled the Dursley situation. Well done all around. I hesitated reading this because I'm just not into BDSM, but since it was yours...

I don't know what I was expecting, but this is was so... gentle, I suppose is the right word. If this is what the scene is about, then I can understand why it might appeal to people. SO often, all one hears about is the violence, the sex of it, but this was about comfort and finding one's place in the universe. I liked that the sexual aspects were down-played, and that Snape was the type of Dom who would take care and do what was right for them both.

Lovely, and it is definitely going into my re-read file (if only because it ignores 6 and 7, which made me very happy.)
